BREADED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

  • 3 center cut pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ½ inch rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. boiling water
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 c. cream
  • 1/4 c. hot coffee

Directions

  1. Beat egg with milk, and dip pork chops in mixture then dip in bread crumbs.
  2. Heat butter and brown thoroughly on both sides.
  3. Add seasonings and boiling water and cover.
  4. Reduce flame and simmer for 30 min.
  5. For a sauce add 1/3 c. cream and 1/4 c. hot coffee to drippings.
  6. Bring to boil and pour over chops.

  • simmer for 30 min.

  • boiling water; Heat butter; brown thoroughly; Reduce flame; simmer; hot coffee; Bring to boil
