BREADED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
- 3 center cut pork chops
- 1 egg
- fine bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter
- ½ inch rosemary
- 2 tbsp. boiling water
- salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/3 c. cream
- 1/4 c. hot coffee
Directions
- Beat egg with milk, and dip pork chops in mixture then dip in bread crumbs.
- Heat butter and brown thoroughly on both sides.
- Add seasonings and boiling water and cover.
- Reduce flame and simmer for 30 min.
- For a sauce add 1/3 c. cream and 1/4 c. hot coffee to drippings.
- Bring to boil and pour over chops.

- simmer for 30 min.
