Zucchini Bread

Yield: Makes 2 loaves

Ingredients

• 3 eggs (well beaten)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3 cups peeled & seeded grated zucchini
• 1 cup oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups flour.
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon.
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder.

Directions

1. Mix: is a heading introducing the ingredient and method block
2. grease pans.
3. Mix together eggs, sugar & oil
4. Add squash + vanilla, then add dry ingredients.
5. Bake 350° for 1 hr. or until tooth pick comes out clean
