Chocolate Cookies II

Ingredients

• 1 cup grated Chocolate
• 1 cup sugar; 1 cup butter, with ditto marks repeating cup
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• Flour.

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate, add to the creamed butter & sugar.
2. Beat the egg and add with the other ingredients, using as little flour as possible.
3. Flatten out very thin with the hands instead of rolling Pin.
4. Cut in small rounds + bake.

• chocolate-melting vessel; mixing bowl; small round cutter; baking sheet; oven
