Chocolate Cookies II
Mrs. Growson Kellogg Recipe Box two-sided card
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Chocolate
- 1 cup sugar; 1 cup butter, with ditto marks repeating cup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Flour.
Directions
- Melt the chocolate, add to the creamed butter & sugar.
- Beat the egg and add with the other ingredients, using as little flour as possible.
- Flatten out very thin with the hands instead of rolling Pin.
- Cut in small rounds + bake.
Equipment: chocolate-melting vessel; mixing bowl; small round cutter; baking sheet; oven
