Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Cup flour
• 1 1/4 Cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 Cup milk
• 1/2 tsp salt.
• 1/3 Cup chunk-style peanut butter.
• 2 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 Cup hot water

Directions

1. thoroughly stir together flour, 3/4 of the brown sugar, the baking powder + salt.
2. Add milk, peanut butter, cooking oil and vanilla.
3. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 - 2“ baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
5. Carefully pour hot water over entire top.
6. Bake 350 - 45 min
