Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1# Ground Beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 3/4 cup Bisquick
• 3 Eggs
• salt - pepper
• tomatoes and cheese are required toppings, with no visible quantities

Directions

1. Brown & drain ground beef and chopped onions.
2. a bracket joins milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper to Blender for 15 seconds
3. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2.
4. Spread beef onions in plate.
5. pour mixture over - Bake 25 min.
6. Top with Tomatoes (over) and cheese - bake 5 to 8 mins.

• 15 seconds
• Bake 25 min.
• bake 5 to 8 mins.

Temperature

• brown beef and onions; bake 25 minutes; bake topping 5 to 8 minutes

• browning pan, draining equipment, blender, greased 10-by-1 1/2-inch pie plate, spreading and pouring utensils, and oven
