Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
- 1# Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 3 Eggs
- salt - pepper
- tomatoes and cheese are required toppings, with no visible quantities
Directions
- Brown & drain ground beef and chopped onions.
- a bracket joins milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper to Blender for 15 seconds
- Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2.
- Spread beef onions in plate.
- pour mixture over - Bake 25 min.
- Top with Tomatoes (over) and cheese - bake 5 to 8 mins.
Timing: 15 seconds; Bake 25 min.; bake 5 to 8 mins.
Temperature: brown beef and onions; bake 25 minutes; bake topping 5 to 8 minutes
Equipment: browning pan, draining equipment, blender, greased 10-by-1 1/2-inch pie plate, spreading and pouring utensils, and oven; Blender
