Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients

• ¼ C butter
• 1 C br sugar
• 1 egg
• ⅔ C sifted flour
• 1 t baking powder
• ½ t salt
• ½ t vanilla
• ½ C nuts

Directions

1. Melt over low heat; Stir in till blended
2. Remove from heat
3. cool
4. Stir in
5. Sift together & stir
6. Spread in well greased & floured sq. pan 8 x 8 x 2“
7. Bake 20 to 25 min. 350°
8. Cut while warm

Timing

• 20 to 25 min.

Temperature

• low heat, remove from heat, cool, bake at 350 degrees, and cut while warm

• heating vessel, stirring utensil, sifter, well-greased and floured 8 by 8 by 2-inch square pan, oven, and cutting utensil
