Ingredients

• 4 cups Sugar
• 2 cups Shortening
• 4 cup zucchini - grated
• 4 tsp baking Soda
• 4 eggs
• 4 tsp cinnamon
• 12 cup flour
• 2 tsp cloves
• 2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Cream sugar & shortening together. Add Soda, zucchini and egg. Add flour, cinnamon cloves, and salt together.

Timing

• 8-9 min.

Temperature

• 375° oven
