Chip Kisses
Yield: Makes 2 1/2 dozen
Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cream of Tarter
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Crushed potato chips
- 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate plus the base Chip Kisses meringue mixture
Directions
- Beat Egg whites, salt + cream of tarter until foamy.
- Add sugar slowly and beat until stiff.
- Add Vanilla; fold in potato chips.
- Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in slow oven (300)°F for 25-30 min.
- Cool
- Melt 1½ squares unsweetened chocolate over hot water. Cool, fold into stiffly beaten meringue mixture.

- Cool before folding into the stiffly beaten mixture.
