Norwegian Pie

From Recipe from the kitchen of Dorothy Stef or Dorothy Steff.

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. white sugar
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 c. diced apples

Directions

1. Mix the above together
2. add 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3. 1 c. diced apples
4. Pour into greased 8“ pie pan. Bake 30 min 350°
