Norwegian Pie

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. diced apples
Directions
- Mix the above together
- add 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. diced apples
- Pour into greased 8" pie pan. Bake 30 min 350°
Timing: Bake 30 min
Temperature: 350°
Equipment: greased 8-inch pie pan, mixing bowl, measuring tools, mixing utensil, and oven
