Pot Luck Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 egg; 1/2 c milk
• 1 c. bread crumbs
• 1t. onions
• 1t. parsley
• 1t. chili powder
• 1t. salt
• 1/8t. pepper
• 3T. brown sugar
• 1/2 t. dry mustard or H. mustard
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/2 c. hunts ketchup
• 1t. soy sauce
• 1t. wine vinegar

Directions

1. mix together fry meatballs
2. Stir sauce
3. Put meatballs in sauce and simmer

Temperature

• fry meatballs; simmer meatballs in sauce

• mixing bowl, measuring tools, mixing utensil, meatball-forming tools, frying pan, sauce pan or covered skillet, and stirring utensil
