Pot Luck Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 egg; 1/2 c milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1t. onions
- 1t. parsley
- 1t. chili powder
- 1t. salt
- 1/8t. pepper
- 3T. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. dry mustard or H. mustard
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 c. hunts ketchup
- 1t. soy sauce
- 1t. wine vinegar
Directions
- mix together fry meatballs
- Stir sauce
- Put meatballs in sauce and simmer
Temperature: fry meatballs; simmer meatballs in sauce
Equipment: mixing bowl, measuring tools, mixing utensil, meatball-forming tools, frying pan, sauce pan or covered skillet, and stirring utensil
