Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 teas salt
• 1/2 teas baking powder
• 1/4 teas baking soda
• 3 teas cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups unpeeled grated zucchini
• 1/2 orange peeled & chopped finely.
• 3 teas vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup raisins

Equipment

• 2 (5 x 9), grater, orange-peeling and chopping tools, nut-chopping tools, and measuring tools
