Sugar Cookies ref.

Ingredients

• ½ C butter
• 1 C sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 T evaporated milk
• ½ t vanilla
• ½ t salt
• 2 t b. powder
• 1¾ C sifted flour

Directions

1. cut c̄ cookie cutter to desired shapes. sprinkle c̄ sugar.
2. Beat in 1 egg, 2 T evaporated milk, ½ t vanilla
3. sift together + add ½ t salt, 2 t b. powder, 1¾ C sifted flour
4. Chill well roll out 1/4“ thick
