Stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb. stew meat cut in small pieces
• 1/2 lb. raw ham, cut in small pieces
• 1 T chopped onion
• 1 T butter
• 3 C hot water
• 1 C diced raw potatoes; 1 C carrots; 1/2 t salt; 1/4 t pepper
• 3 T quick cooking tapioca
• 1 t Warchester sauce on the front; worcestershire sauce in the final direction

Directions

1. Brown meat & onion in butter
2. add water, cover & simmer 30 min.
3. Add veg. salt, pepper & cont. cooking 30 min. or done.
4. Add tapioca + [add crossed out] cook 5 min. add worcestershire sauce

Timing

• simmer 30 min.
• cooking 30 min. or done.
• cook 5 min.

Equipment

• covered cooking pot or Dutch oven and stirring utensil
