Custard

Ingredients

• 2 eggs or 3 egg yolks
• 3 T sugar
• 1 ½ C milk
• ¼ t salt
• ½ t vanilla

Directions

1. Beat eggs to blend. add sugar salt, milk.
2. Cook in double boiler for soft custard.
3. Bake in oven in pan of hot water for.. Custard - 350° - 35 min.

• 35 min.

• soft custard, hot water, and 350 degrees

• mixing bowl and beating utensil, double boiler, custard baking dish or cups, pan for hot water, and oven
