Ingredients
- 2 C salmon - 16 oz. can
- ¼ C milk
- 1 egg
- 1½ C fresh crumbs
- 2 t lemon j.
- ¼ t salt
- ⅛ t pepper
- Sauce for it also uses 2 T butter, 2 T flour, 2 C milk, unquantified mayonnaise, 2 sliced hard cooked eggs, 1 C green peas, and 1/4 C minced parsley
Directions
- Drain liquid from salmon in meas cup. add milk to make ½ C. Place salmon in bowl. Break salmon in flakes. add unbeaten egg. Stir in bread crumbs, milk mixture, lemon j. salt pepper
- place in greased pan. Bake. 45 min - 375°
- Sauce Fruit. melt 2 T butter in saucepan. Blend 2 T flour, take from heat, grad. stir in 2 C milk Cook over low heat stirring add mayonaise, 2 sliced hard cooked eggs 1 C green peas - ¼ C minced parsley
