Ingredients

  • 2 C salmon - 16 oz. can
  • ¼ C milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ C fresh crumbs
  • 2 t lemon j.
  • ¼ t salt
  • ⅛ t pepper
  • Sauce for it also uses 2 T butter, 2 T flour, 2 C milk, unquantified mayonnaise, 2 sliced hard cooked eggs, 1 C green peas, and 1/4 C minced parsley

Directions

  1. Drain liquid from salmon in meas cup. add milk to make ½ C. Place salmon in bowl. Break salmon in flakes. add unbeaten egg. Stir in bread crumbs, milk mixture, lemon j. salt pepper
  2. place in greased pan. Bake. 45 min - 375°
  3. Sauce Fruit. melt 2 T butter in saucepan. Blend 2 T flour, take from heat, grad. stir in 2 C milk Cook over low heat stirring add mayonaise, 2 sliced hard cooked eggs 1 C green peas - ¼ C minced parsley

  • 40 min; simmer

  • 375°; take from heat; cook over low heat; simmer; hard cooked eggs
