Ingredients

• Sift 2 C flour
• 1 2/3 C sugar
• 2 1/2 t baking powder
• 3/4 t salt
• Drop in 1/2 C spry
• Add 2/3 of 1 C less 2 T milk
• 1 1/2 t vanilla
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Beat 200 Strokes
2. Add 2 eggs
3. Bake in 2 - 8“ pans
4. 25 - 35 mins at 375°
5. Sift 2 C flour with the following dry ingredients; Drop in 1/2 C spry; Add milk and vanilla; then beat, add eggs, beat, and bake.
