Better-than-Sex-Cake
Clear Tote two-sided handwritten card
Ingredients
- 13 x 9 x 2 in pan
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pkg (3oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 carton prepared whipped topping
Directions
- Bake cake as directed on package
- meanwhile simmer pineapple + sugar (drain pineapple)
- Remove cake from oven, punch holes in it and cover with pineapple mixture, chill.
- Mix pudding as directed on package, add coconut and spread over cake.
- Cover with topping and sprinkle with nuts.
- Keep refrigerated
