- 4 C navy beans
- ½ lb salt pork cut in ½” strips or hunks
- cup and teaspoon abbreviations; brown sugar abbreviation
- ¼ C molasses
- 1 t dry mustard
Directions
- Wash & pick over beans.
- Combine all ing. & cook 5 hrs.
Timing: cook 5 hrs.
Equipment: sorting and washing vessel; cutting utensil and board; large cooking vessel; heat card
