- Equal parts of club soda or sparkling Water to [unclear] qt Champagne; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup butter
Directions
- on Top of a slice of ham - broiled
- Served with Champagne Sauce
- dissolve on stove in butter - pour in soda Than c.
- Bring to boil - pour over chicken
Temperature: broiled; dissolve on stove; Bring to boil
Equipment: broiler; saucepan; stirring utensil; serving dish
