Cottage Cheese Cookies

- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Shortening
- 1 egg
- ½ Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1½ Teas. Vanilla
- ½ teas. Soda
- ½ Teas. Salt
- ½ Teas. Baking Powder
- 1 Teas. Nutmeg
- 1½ Cup Flour
Directions
- Mixx Well
- Wrap in Wax Paper
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- 350°-till brown on bottom
- Drop by teaspoon or by a cookie press
- FRosten and put something on top
Timing: Refrigerate for 1 hour
Temperature: 350°
Equipment: Wax Paper; refrigerate; 350 degrees till brown on bottom; teaspoon or cookie press
