Fantasy Fudge
Green Recipe Box two-sided handwritten card dated 2-18-84
Yield: 3 lbs for double recipe; 1 1/2 lb for 1/2 recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 of a 3/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 of a 2/3 cup (5 1/3 oz can) evaporated milk
- 6 oz pkg semi - sweet choco.
- 1/2 jar 7 oz Kraft marshmellow creme
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 teas vanilla
Directions
- Sugar - marg - milk - full rolling boiling - stirring
- Continue for 5 min. over med heat. Remove from heat - Stir in pieces until melted.
- Add marsh. creme, nuts & Vanilla
- Beat until well blended. Pour into greased pan - cool - cut in squares.
Timing: 5 min.
Temperature: med heat
