Orange Sour Cream Donut.

Yield: Makes 2 doz. donuts.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten light
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup thick sour cream
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (loose)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Grated Rind of one orange
Directions
- Add sugar, sour cream, and milk to eggs And beat thoroughly.
- Sift dry ingredients together several times and add orange Rind.
- Stir into egg mixture to make donut batter.
