Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Teas nutmeg
- 1/2 [ditto for teaspoon] cinnamon; 1/2 [ditto for teaspoon] ginger; 2 [ditto for teaspoon] butter
- 1 table. Biscuit mix
- 2 tabl sugar
- 1/4 teas Cinnamon
Directions
- In a bowl combine pumpkin, milk, egg with a fork.
- Combine dry ingredients add to bowl - stir until moistened.
- Combine Streusel topping - Bake 400° for 15 min - until brown.
Timing: 15 min
Temperature: 400°
