Ingredients

½ cup soft shortening
2 cups luke warm milk
½ cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 package of yeast=stir
2 eggs
7 to 7½ cups of sifted flour

Directions

MIX TO-GETHAR applies to shortening, milk, sugar, and salt; Add 2 package of yeast=stir; Beat+add applies to 2 eggs and 7 to 7½ cups of sifted flour

Temperature: soft shortening; luke warm milk

Equipment: sifter, measuring tools, mixing bowl, beating and stirring utensils
