Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup rice - soak in water overnight
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups milk
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- raisins
Directions
- Cook in 1 1/2 Cup water 'til tender about 10 min
- Bake about 3/4 hr - stir after 15 min
Timing: about 10 min; 3/4 hr; after 15 min
Temperature: 300° to 325° oven
Equipment: overnight soaking vessel; measuring vessels; cooking pot; stove; mixing bowl; egg beater or whisk; baking dish; stirring utensil; oven
