Ingredients
- 2 C pastry flour
- 4 t baking powder
- ¼ t salt
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ C milk
- 6 T melted butter
Directions
- Separate whites & yolks & beat each.
- Combine egg yolks milk butter. add flour-b.p. & salt. Beat till smooth
- fold in whites.
Equipment: measuring cups and spoons; egg-separating vessel; separate bowls for whites, yolks, and batter; whisk or beater; butter-melting vessel; folding spatula; waffle iron
