Boiled Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 t salt
- 1 t mustard
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 C vinegar
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 3 T melted butter
- 1/2 C cream
Directions
- Mix ing. in order - add vinegar slowly.
- Cook over boiling water till thickens itself - Stir & cool.
Temperature: egg slightly beaten; butter melted; boiling water; thickens itself; cool
Equipment: measuring tools; mixing bowl and utensil; double-boiler setup or heatproof bowl over boiling water
