Dad's Sauce for Suet

Ingredients

1 T butter; 1 C sugar; 1/4 C water; 1 egg yolk; 1 egg white

Directions

Cook till spins thread.
Beat yolk - add to syrup.
Beat egg white - fold into syrup.

Timing: Cook till spins thread.

Equipment: saucepan, stirring utensil, two beating bowls, egg beater or whisk, and folding utensil
