- 4 Cups onions
- 10 Cups Cucumbers; 2 Cups Water
- 12 (6) green (6) red peppers
- ½ Cup salt
- 6 Cups sugar
- 1½ tsp turmeric
- 4 Tbsp Celery seed
- 4 Cups vinegar
- 2 Tbsp mustard seed
Directions
- let stand over night
- Drain - Heat good
- And Add To cukes, etc. boil for 3 min
Timing: let stand over night; boil for 3 min
Temperature: Heat good; boil
Equipment: overnight standing vessel; draining vessel; cooking pot and stirring utensil
