Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 C boiling water
- ½ C sugar
- 1½ T cornstarch
- ⅛ t salt
- dash. nutmeg + cinnamon
- 1 t grated lemon rind
- 2 to 3 T lemon juice
- 1 T butter
Directions
- Combine sugar cornstarch nutmeg. cinn. salt.
- add boiling water stirring constantly.
- Cook till thickened add lemon rind & juice - butter.
