Lime Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 3 T grated raw carrot
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
- 4 or 5 T chopped celery
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in scant pint hot water.
- Add fruit + veg + chill in refrigerator.
- Add fruit + veg + Chill in refrig. until set. Serve in lettuce.
Timing: until set
Temperature: hot water; Chill in refrig.
Equipment: measuring cups and spoons; grater; knife and cutting board; heat-safe mixing bowl; stirring utensil; refrigerator; serving vessel or lettuce cups
Notes
- Serve in lettuce.
