Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C b. sugar
- 1 C light corn syrup
- 1 C pecans
- 1 t vanilla
- 1-9" unbaked pie shell.
Directions
- Beat eggs w sugar together until mixture is blended & foamy.
- Beat eggs & sugar together until mixture is blended & foamy. Add rest ing. Pour into unbaked pie shell 350° 45 min. serve c-bar whipped cream.
- serve w whipped cream.
Timing: 45 min.
Temperature: 350°
Equipment: mixing bowl; beater or whisk; 9-inch pie shell and pie plate; oven
