Pineapple Punch

Ingredients
- 2½ qts. chilled un-sweetened pine-apple juice
- ¾ c. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 qts. vanilla or New York ice cream
Directions
- 1. Combine in large bowl.
- 2. Beat with electric mixer or rotary egg beater, or until ice cream is half melted.
- 3. Serve at once.
Timing: Serve at once
Temperature: chilled unsweetened pineapple juice; ice cream half melted
