Ingredients
- 1 C cooked rice
- 3 egg beaten
- ½ C flour
- 1 t baking powder
Directions
- mash rice - mix in egg - stir in flour & powder - beat well - drop by tablespoons into hot oil - drain - dust w conf. sugar serve w jelly
Equipment: A utensil for mashing and mixing, a tablespoon, a vessel for hot oil, and draining equipment are required by the written method.
