Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 " molasses
- 2 cups molasses; 1 cup butter or lard; 1 cup boiling water; 1 tablespoon ginger; flour as needed
- 1 " boiling water
- 1 tblsps. soda dissolved in water
- 1 " ginger
Directions
- Dissolve soda in water. Mix with flour and roll out soft.
Temperature: boiling water
Equipment: mixing vessel, mixing utensil, and rolling pin

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 [ditto] molasses; 1 [ditto] shortening; 1 [ditto] boiling water; 1 Tablespoon soda dissolved in water; 1 [ditto] ginger; Flour to make soft dough
Directions
- Flour to make soft dough and roll out.
Temperature: boiling water
