Stuffed Cucumbers

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- Milk to moisten.
- 3 oz. smoky cheese
- 1 cucumber
Directions
- Mash cream cheese and whip till smooth with smoky cheese. Remove seeds from cucumber and quarter. Pipe with cheese or pile cheese along top. Chill.
