WHEATIES DROP COOKIES

Yield: Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft shortening;
- 1 cup sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup sour milk;
- 2 cups sifted flour;
- ½ teaspoon soda;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg;
- ½ teaspoon cloves;
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped nuts;
- 1 cup cut-up raisins;
- 3 cups wheaties;
Directions
- Mix to-gether thoroughly:

- Chill dough. Drop by teaspoons about 2-in. apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in hot oven (400 degree) oven until, when touched lightly with finger, NO imprint remains.
