- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 T salt
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/3 t soda
- 1 egg
- 1 T lard melted
- milk
- milk, quantity absent
Temperature: lard melted in all three formula sets
Equipment: measuring cups and spoons; mixing bowl and utensil
Notes
- all measurements heaping applies to the front formulas; Series 2 labels the reverse formula
